You may have noticed, I’m a big fan of the self-proclaimed “redneck from the Cove who likes to run”. So, of course I want everyone to know that Mr. Sell has issued a challenge to his many fans across the country.

The challenge is a little unusual to say the least and it goes back to Brian’s days as a harrier for the Saint Francis Red Flash. Who can grow the craziest facial hair? There are some great prizes in it for the winner, but rather than try to explain it myself, I’ll simply direct you to this website to let Sell tell you about it in his own words. Upcoming Events

August 2 – YMCA Canoe Creek Triathlon & 5K Race – This is the next event in the Hollidaysburg Area YMCA’s Community Wellness Challenge Series. The triathlon includes a half mile out and back open water swim, a 13 mile loop on the bike, and a 5K run. Note: Scuba divers and lifeguards will be overseeing the swim. For non-triathletes, there is also a 5K run and a 2 mile walk.
