Get ready for Dean Koontz!

October 6, 2009 - Amy Jo Hanna-Eckenrode
I will have the honor of interviewing author Dean Koontz today about one of his recent books, "a big little life", a memoir about his dog, Trixie, who came into his life and forever changed the way Dean looked at the world.
Trixie, who had been raised as a Canine Companion for Independence dog was assisting a girl in a wheelchair when she sustained an elbow injury at age 3 and could no longer work as a service dog.
Years prior, Dean had used the organization as research for one of his books and was taken by the work they did.  Trixie came to live with Dean and his wife and soon they realized she was much more than a dog. She was Dean's special angel who helped to open his eyes to all wonders of life's simple pleasures that time often has a way of stealing from us.

Read my interview with Dean right here tomorrow and learn how you can win an autographed copy of his book!
