Coconut Macaroon

2 1/2 cups flaked coconut

1/3 cup flour

1/8 teaspoons salt

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


In a bowl, combine the coconut, flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well (batter will be stiff). Using a tablespoon, drop one inch apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Place cookies on wire rack to cool.
