Butterscotch Fudge

1 7-ounce jar marshmallow cream

1 1/2 cups sugar

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/4 teaspoons salt

1 12-ounce package butterscotch flavored morsels

1 teaspoon orange extract

1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Line foil in an 8-inch square pan. In large saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.

Bring to full boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Add butterscotch flavored morsels. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is well blended. Stir in orange extract and orange rind. Pour into prepared pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
