1 egg
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon salt, garlic powder and onion powder
1/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon bread machine yeast
Place all ingredients in bread maker. Put bread machine on dough cycle and start. When cycle has ended (about 1 1/2 hours), grease a cookie sheet and roll dough into 10 to12 large balls, place on sheet, cover and let rise for about 45 minutes. Bake in a preheated 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown, brush with melted butter.

1 cup warm water
1 package (or 2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour
Stir water, yeast and sugar together until dissolved. Add olive oil and salt; mix well. Stir in flour until well blended. Roll dough into ball and let rest in bowl for 10 minutes.
For pizza crust: Pat dough into a pizza stone or pan (dip hands in oil if needed), add your toppings and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
For stromboli: Pat into a half-moon shape, place toppings in center only, pull top over to bottom and seal, making sure no toppings are between the dough where you are sealing. Pound with your fist to seal well. Cut excess off with pizza cutter, make two small slits at top of stromboli to allow steam to escape, place on stone or pan and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until brown.
Yield: One large pizza crust or one large stromboli
