1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
1 red pepper sliced
1 garlic clove minced
1 package fresh baby bella mushrooms
8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 8-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 8-ounce can petite diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Put onions and peppers on the bottom of slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 to 5 hours. Serve over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with your favorite italian cheese.
