Khairi Fortt, a 6-foot-3, 225-pound linebacker ranked as the 30th best prospect in the Class of 2010 by Rivals.com, announced that he would attend Penn State at a press conference at his high school this afternoon.
Fortt had around 30 scholarship offers. He picked the Nittany Lions over Georgia and North Carolina.
