1 tablespoon oil or margarine
1/2 cup onion chopped (less if desired)
3 cups chicken broth (3 bouillon cubes and 3 cups water)
8 ounces Kluski noodles cooked in salt water
1-2 cups chopped broccoli as desired
3 cups milk
1/2 pound cheese
Cook broccoli and onions in butter till tender. Add chicken broth, noodles and milk. Bring to a boil. Add cheese and stir till melted. Simmer for awhile.
