Stuffed Cabbage Soup

1 pound lean ground beef

1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic

1 small head of cabbage

2 large cans tomato soup

1 cup cooked rice

Brown ground beef in large pot and drain. Crush or chop garlic and add to beef. Add both cans of tomato soup and 2 cans of water. Chop cabbage and add to soup mixture. Bring to boil. Turn down to medium or low and simmer for about an hour. Add cooked rice. Stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
