Secret Barbecue Sauce

1/2 bottle of pre-made BBQ Sauce

1/4 to 1/2 cup of ketchup (to taste)

1/4 to 1/2 cup of creamy French dressing (to taste)

1/2 to 1 cup of Ranch dressing (to taste)

1 stick of melted butter

10 shakes of Red Hot

1/4 cup of syrup

3 Tbs of light brown sugar

2 splashes of Worcestershire sauce OR if you prefer 2 splashes of Liquid Smoke

(depending on how strong your bbq sauce is)

Celery salt (to taste)

We do one of two things: If we have time, we will marinate our chicken, pork chops, etc. in the sauce

for about an hour or two. If we don't, we put some sauce on the foil and then we put on our meat.

We then brush the "SECRET SAUCE" on the meat and sprinkle the meat with a little garlic pepper.

While cooking, we flip the food, add more sauce and garlic pepper, and continue cooking.
