Cheer Factor, HipNotic win awards

Cheer Factor and HipNotic All Stars, Altoona, took first place in Senior Level 3, Junior Level 2, Youth Hip Hop and Senior Hip Hop at the Clearfield Starz Spectacular Cheer and Dance Competition held February 20th at the Clearfield Area High School. The Junior level 2 Division also won the Grand Champion award for the highest score of the day.

The Cheer Factor Junior team took first place at the Clearfield Starz Invitational Cheerleading Competition held Feb. 20. Along with capturing first place in the junior division, the Cheer Factor team also took grand champion of the competition having the highest overall score. Team members include Brynne Swogger, Drake Patel, Marissa Villano, Macy Stevens, Jules Lusk, Makayla Williams, Delaney Sheetz, Taylor Edmiston, Claudia DeVorris, Addison Dunn, Delaney Dunn, Maura Wilkinson, Abby Reigh, Chloe Lusk and Jenna Sigado. Coaches are Laura Boore and Lydia Clellan.

First-place winners in the Senior Level 3 division include Madison McCready, Meranda Nearhoof, Marissa Hewitt, Evette Hanlon, Jessica Tragon, Hannah Mulhern, Cydney Ginter, Marissa Villano, Alexis Schumacher, Haley McCready, Jenna Bolger, Makayla Williams, Sydney Noel, Delaney Sheetz, Chelsea Craine; Nikki Reigh, Carlie Hazlett, Jenna Sigado, Alexis Yingling and Brooke Ickes is absent from the photo. Senior Team coaches are Erin Muth and Stacy Wagner.
