Site work is under way for a Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant and a Men's Wearhouse next to Chili's in Logan Town Centre.

Chris Arnold, spokesman for Denver-based Chipotle, said the restaurant is expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year.

Chipotle offers a menu of burritos, tacos, burrito bowls (a burrito without the tortilla) and salads made from fresh, high-quality raw ingredients, prepared with classic cooking methods.

Site preparation work begins on Osgood Drive on Wednesday for a new Chipotle Mexican Grill in Logan Town Centre.

Chipotle opened with a single restaurant in 1993 and currently operates about 1,100 restaurants.

Men's Wearhouse, which now has a tuxedo rental shop in Logan Town Centre, expects to open the new 5,000-square-foot store in mid-November, said Tom Jennings, vice president of real estate for the Houston-based company.

The new store, which will carry a full line of men's clothing, is expected to employ between 10 and 13 people, Jennings said.

The tuxedo shop at 196 Falon Lane will close when the new store opens.

Founded in 1973, Men's Wearhouse is one of North America's largest specialty retailers of men's apparel with 586 stores, with another 19 opening by the end of the year. The company also operates 398 Men's Wearhouse and Tux Shops.

Ventura Construction Services Inc., Altoona, is the contractor for the project.
