Photo exhibit opens Dec. 12
LORETTO - The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art at Loretto will open its latest exhibition, "With Old World Eyes: European Photography from the Permanent Collection," on Dec. 12 in the Margery Wolf-Kuhn Gallery. The 40-piece exhibit will remain on view through May 12.
The exhibition focuses on the work of European and European-born photographers in the SAMA permanent collection.
SAMA-Loretto is located on the campus of St. Francis University. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday. The museum is open to the public free of charge.

Clarkson tour visiting area
JOHNSTOWN - Pop star Kelly Clarkson will bring her Stronger Tour to the Cambria County War Memorial Arena at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
Clarkson's most recent album, "Stronger," debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200 albums chart in October.
Tickets for the show are $39 and $75 for floor seating and $39 and $49 for reserved seating. Prices do not include venue fees.
