1 bag of shelled walnuts
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
3/4 stick of butter
Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
On a jelly roll pan, heat walnuts for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, beat 2 egg whites and 1 cup sugar until well mixed. Once finished, remove nuts from pan and pour into egg white mixture.
Melt butter on jelly roll pan. Pour nuts on pan and flatten out.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes, stirring well every eight minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
