Penn State coach Bill O'Brien has suffered his first loss as Wisconsin has won the Danny O'Brien sweepstakes.
The Maryland quarterback, who had been considering the Nittany Lions and visited PSU for a second time on Monday, informed Wisconsin of his intentions to transfer there.
He also considered Vanderbilt and Mississippi.
