- The Arc of Blair County is hosting its second annual Kayak Paddle
down the Juniata River for a fun-filled, lazy day on the water, Saturday
June 2. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. with a start time of 10:30 a.m.

Kayaks and Canoes are available for rent or participants may bring their
own. The paddle is open to all ages and all levels of experience are
welcome, including first time kayakers. Entry includes breakfast, cash
prizes, give-aways, t-shirt, entertainment along course and a full chicken
dinner with band Mama Corn performing at the end. To register visit The Arc

register the day of the event. The Arc of Blair County serves people from
birth through life diagnosed with any type of delay in learning or
disability and is one of the first human service agency started in Blair
County nearly 60 years ago.
