Vivian B. Eckardt, 99, formerly of Bedford County, died Wednesday at The Village at Morrisons Cove, Martinsburg. She was born in Folcroft, Delaware County, daughter of Edwin and Anna (Kaighn) Bradley. She married the late Ralph W. Eckardt. Surviving are four children: Dr. Ralph W. of Media, David A. of Quarryville, Sandra Lambert of Bedford and Phyllis Button of Martinsburg; and 10 grandchildren. Friends will be received from 11:30 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Martinsburg Church of God. Arrangements are by John C. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
