Sarah J. Deeters, 70, Billings, Mont., formerly of Williamsburg, died July 29, 2012. She was born in Williamsburg, daughter of Carey and Viola Dopp. Surviving are her husband, Ralph M.; five children: Russell M., Kevin L. and Carey E., all of Williamsburg, Ryan T. of Fort Hood, Texas, and Suzanne J. of Killeen, Texas; and 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers: Joseph, Herbert and Daniel. A public memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, at Williamsburg Independent Bible Baptist Church. Local arrangements are by John C. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
