One of the things I have come to despise about politics is the narrow, single-minded ambitions of politicians. Barack Obama with smooth, flowing phrases and sharp-pointed wit speaks with a beaming smile seduces you into believing that the bright new future he talks about will still, somehow, manage to come true.
Some people can't take their eyes off him, and five minutes after he's finished there won't be three people who can quote back to you a single thing he's said
When Rome became, the way to control the people was to keep them well fed and entertained (welfare and TV).
He can destroy someone and never think twice about it. That's because for him everything is an abstraction. He doesn't have a sense of the specific. He suffers from a disturbed mind and an unprecedented disregard for truth and decency.
