John C. Inks, 70, Altoona, died Thursday at Altoona Regional. He was born in Mifflin Township, son of the late John and Thelma (Bowser) Inks. He married the late Norma F. Cotner. Surviving are four children: Evelyn Stewart, Theresa Spencer, Duane Inks and William Tilson; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three siblings: Mildred Isabell, Thelma Lancaster and Clyde F. Inks. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. Arrangements are by Leslie E. Axe Funeral Home, 1520 Fourth St., Altoona.
