Oreo, age 5, beloved cat of the Kifer family, died tragically after being hit by a vehicle early Sunday morning, Sept. 16.
He was a shorthair domestic black and white cat. Oreo was born on the Kim Karns farm in Everett and lived with his family in Altoona. Always a lap cat, Oreo filled our lives with much happiness, love, affection and many laughs during the exciting five years of his life!
He is now happily reunited in heaven with his beautiful sister, Carrot, who passed away suddenly in July.

Oreo is missed by Lara, Rob, Nathaniel and Onyx, his adopted brother from the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society. The burial took place in Woodbury on Sept. 16, 2012, and Oreo was placed beside Lara's beloved rabbit, Snickers, who passed away in 2007.
Although Oreo will be missed very dearly, his memory will be in our hearts forever!
