Edwin Fleck Brown, 80, Homers Gap, died Saturday afternoon at his residence.
He was born in Altoona, son of Ai Ernest and Martha (Fleck) Brown. He married Beverly Jeanne Meister on Jan. 23, 1960, in Clearfield.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters: Sharon (Robert) Furbee in Pennsylvania and Dee (Richard) Gudenau in Michigan; a son, Matthew in Pennsylvania; two grandsons: Thomas and James Furbee in Pennsylvania; a brother, Ai Ernest Jr. in Virginia; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Edwin was a graduate of Altoona High School and a U.S. Army veteran. He was the owner/operator of Brown's Frame Shop. He was a member of Greenwood United Methodist Church and Allegheny Antique Car Association, and he enjoyed working with and restoring antique cars.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing or funeral service.
