If you don't think our political system on all levels is out of control, you must be living under a rock wearing rose-colored glasses.
Those in the political system that has brought our state and our country to the brink of disaster are now telling us how to fix the problem they caused. For us to survive, we need to return to the system our Founding Fathers established of citizen legislators.
We need people from the real world who truly serve as representatives of the citizens and not as professional politicians. It is a slow process to find people dedicated to doing what is right and not what is popular.
John McGinnis is such a man, and a vote for John McGinnis as our state representative for the 79th District is a step in the right direction.
