If the residents of the 79th General Assembly District want to preserve, protect and enhance the opportunities and services that they now enjoy as provided by government, then your only choice is to elect Richard Flarend on Nov. 6.
Richard has a positive, forward-thinking approach to what government is and can be. His opponent, John McGinnis, (Republican, no, Libertarian, yes) has consistently preached that government should not spend its resources on education, anti-drug initiatives, veterans benefits, transportation, infrastructure improvements, economic development or police and fire protection.
This Neanderthal approach to government is in direct conflict with its obligation to provide for the health, safety and welfare of its citizens.
Richard Flarend will respond responsibly to the needs of his constituents in this modern day society. If we want to move forward, you must vote for Richard Flarend.
