John McGinnis stated in a September debate that he was against legalizing medical marijuana.
However, in an essay from his online blog, the Brown Shoes Diary, of Nov. 22, 2005, he stated, "Decriminalizing drug use would immediately reduce profit margins and the death and destruction that occur in managing the underground market. Yes, some death and self-destruction would still occur, because some people choose that course of behavior. ... But that is their right, and it's none of our damn business!"
After arguing for the decriminalization of all drugs, McGinnis is now against medical marijuana?
Was he lying then, or is he lying now? I don't believe a word of it.
Vote for the Democrat, Richard Flarend. You can believe what he says.
