In the Oct. 8 Time magazine, I came across a two-page spread of Mitt Romney on the beach in France inside a big heart drawn in the sand professing his love for his future wife, Ann.
A story on TV the night before showed him in pro-Vietnam and pro-draft demonstrations, but he took a religious exemption and played in France instead.
How convenient for the guy who now wears his patriotism on his sleeve so he can be president.
Then I see him on TV giving his foreign policy speech at Virginia Military Institute surrounded by flags of all the different service branches. I thought of all places to ply your phoney patriotism.
What disgusts me the most is he was born rich and then further enriched himself by taking over small corporations and stealing the pension funds of the middle-class people he put out of a job.
