Patricia A. "Patty" Bouey, 84, Altoona, died Sept. 11, 2012, at Altoona Regional after an extended illness.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Frank W. and Gertrude M. (Kreis) Bouey.
Surviving are a sister, Nancy E. Craig and faithful brother-in-law, Charlie, of Altoona; two nephews: Frank Craig of York and Sean Craig and wife, Robin, of DuBois; and two sweet grand-nieces: Ellie and Harper Craig of DuBois.

Patty always appreciated the kindness of friends, Zita Milliron, a good neighbor Ellen, Robin Monahan and Tillie Harris, throughout her life and especially during her sickness.
Patty was a 1946 graduate of Altoona High School. She retired as a tube tester at Sylvania/Philips ECG, Altoona, on Aug. 1, 1988, with many years of faithful service. She was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church, Altoona.
At the family's request, there will be no visitation in Altoona.
Friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 210 W. Main St., Emmitsburg, Md. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Emmitsburg. Committal rites will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her parents and sister.
