Edward L. Reber, 69, Patton, died Friday at his home. He was born in Spangler, son of the late Vincent J. and Ethel (Hunt) Reber. Surviving are a son, Randy of Wiesbaden, Germany; a granddaughter; and three siblings: Lois Egbert, Janet Ols and James. He was preceded in death by a son, Edward T.; and a sister, Joyce Ann. Ed was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. memorial service Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 1004 N. Fifth Ave., Patton, by the Rev. Theodore Rematt. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
