Joan (Numer) Finkle, 82, Ebensburg, formerly of Huntingdon, died Monday. She was born in Huntingdon, daughter of Grant C. and Ethel W. (Young) Numer. Surviving are three children: Rebecca A. Koren, Michael J. and R. Scott; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack; and her husband, Robert E. Finkle. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Ebensburg, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, the Rev. Geno Bartoletti officiating. Interment will be at Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon.
