Stuart E. Leman, 60, Portage, died Sunday. He was born in Johnstown, son of the late S. Emerson Sr. and Margaret "Peg" (Smith) Leman. Surviving are his wife, Loretta (Kowalczyk); three children: Justin, Casey and Carli; and two sisters: Donetta L. Gilbert and Paula Dell Campbell. He was preceded in death by a brother, S. Emerson "Bud" "Tanky" Jr.; and a brother-in-law, Don Campbell. Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, Portage. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, Mountain Avenue, Portage.
