Darlene L. Fonner, 71, of Martinsburg died early Friday morning, Nov. 23, 2012, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. A complete obituary will appear in a later edition of the Mirror. Arrangements are by John C. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
