Russell H. Litzinger, 71, Clearfield, passed away Thursday. He was born in Amsbry, son of the late Owen and Jessie (McClelland) Litzinger. Surviving are siblings: Milton Litzinger, Audrey Mosley, Charlotte Clark, Nancy Rickard and Bessie Michael. Interment services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, in the Fruit Hill Cemetery Chapel, Ansonville. A funeral luncheon for family and friends will follow at the Oak Ridge Union Church, New Millport RD. Arrangements are by Kruise Funeral Home Inc., Ramey.
