JOHNSTOWN - Jackie Kopco will present the guidelines for surviving the holidays gluten-free from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, at the Bottle Works Ethnic Arts Center, 411 Third Ave. The cost is $10 per person.
Participants will learn how to make gluten-free cookies, stuffing, pies and side dishes. This cooking class will be full of demonstrations, as well as recipes focusing on creating dishes from scratch rather than pre-packaged items. Space is limited so reserve your seat by calling 536-5399.
