Everett Christmas Tourney

EVERETT - Everett's Spencer McInroy sank the front end of two foul shots with 1.2 seconds left as the Warriors pulled out a 53-52 nailbiter over Boonsboro, Md. during the first night of the Everett Christmas Tournament.

Everett's Trevon Ward tipped a pass with the game tied late, and McInroy came down with the ball. He was fouled driving to the lane and intentionally missed the second shot so Boonsboro wouldn't have as much time for a last-ditch attempt to win the game.

Ward led all players with 17 and McInroy added 14.

Everett opened up a 13-point lead in the third quarter before Boonsboro switched to a full-court press that helped it take a one-point lead.
