Patrick J. Pensyl, 65, Duncansville, formerly of Altoona, died unexpectedly Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at the Van Zandt VA Medical Center. Arrangements are by The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona. A full obituary will appear in Tuesday's Mirror.
