Ronald L. Filer, 69, Golden LivingCenter-Hillview, died early Tuesday morning at the center. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral service Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata. A full obituary will appear in Thursday's Mirror.
