Kathleen E. Weaver, 88, Roaring Spring, formerly of Hollidaysburg, died Saturday morning at The Village at Morrisons Cove.
She was born in Greenfield, daughter of the late Henry and Irma (Householder) Rhodes. She married Andrew B. Weaver on July 21, 1946, in Hollidaysburg, and he died on April 6, 1988, after having shared 41 years of marriage.
Surviving are two sons: A. Thomas and wife, Gerlinde M., of Roaring Spring and Arnold E. and wife, Lilly, of Hollidaysburg; two daughters: Teresa J. Mooney and husband, Timothy, of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Sherry Montgomery and husband, Alan, of Duncansville; 10 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Matthew Laird.
Kathleen was a 1944 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. She worked at Loungeray, Hollidaysburg, as a material spreader and at Tritex Sportswear Inc. She was a member of Foot of Ten Independent Bible Church.
Friends will be received from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at Foot of Ten Independent Bible Church, Pastor David Huston officiating. Interment will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Foot of Ten Independent Bible Church.
