James D. Dibert, 78, Cove Mountain Road, Martinsburg, died Friday at Altoona Regional. He was born in Everett, son of John and Marie (Grimes) Dibert. Surviving are his wife, Esther O. (Imler); a daughter, Melissa Frankhouser of Altoona; a son, James D. Jr. of Roaring Spring; a sister, Dorothy Mackley of Thurmont, Md.; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at the Snake Spring Valley Church. Interment will be in Ritchey Cemetery. Arrangements are by the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury.
