Anne Adele McKelvey, 58, Hollidaysburg, died Thursday at Altoona Regional Emergency Department.
She was born in Philipsburg, daughter of Rita (Lewis) Kantoski and the late John A. Kantoski. She married Tom E. McKelvey at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Lakemont.
Surviving are her husband, with whom she shared 38 years of marriage; a son, Tom E. II and companion, Shelby, of Altoona; her mother of Hollidaysburg; a brother, James and wife, Kathie, of Altoona; her mother-in-law, Mary Louise McKelvey of Hollidaysburg; two sisters-in-law: Shirley Brandt and husband, Glenn, and Clare Burk and husband, George; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: David and William.
Anne was a 1972 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School. She had been employed at Riverside Foods for 30 years and was presently a teller at M&T Bank in Roaring Spring and helped her husband at his business, McKelvey's Auto Service. She was a member of the Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of America and enjoyed showing her dogs, Bentley, Zoe and Mopar. She was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed craft shows and her cockatiel, Uhoh.
Friends will be received from 2 until the 5 p.m. funeral service Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, Monsignor Robert C. Mazur presiding.
