Judge Fred Miller has more than 10 years of judicial experience and a proven track record of being fair yet tough on those who break the law.
His dedication is evidenced by his requirement that all juveniles and their parents must have a face to face meeting with him when they violate the Crimes Code.
Miller also established an underage drinking program and a tobacco class to help prevent drug and alcohol use by the youth of our community.
He also supports the establishment of a veterans court, mental health court and the policy of a "one family, one judge" to best serve the needs of the families of Blair County.
Finally, Miller is in favor of a children's advocacy center which will serve to protect those who need our help the most - our children.
