Anna Marie (Ianuzzi) Hallman, 87, Altoona, died Thursday at Altoona Regional after a brief illness.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of Sylvester and Carmela (Iuiliano) Ianuzzi. She married Jesse B. Hallman Sr. on Feb. 4, 1949, in Altoona, and he preceded her in death on May 7, 2003.
Surviving are a son, Jesse B. "Butch" Jr. of Hampton, Va.; two daughters: Debra Gardner (Tom) and Nancy Norris (Randy), both of Altoona; six grandchildren: Michele Dalby (Scott), David McClure Jr. (Heather), Brooke Misitano, Beth Miller (Jason), Randi Jo Hovan (Eric) and Tyler Norris; five great-grandchildren: Shane and Elizabeth Dalby, Lucas and Samuel Miller and Emma Hovan; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special nephew, John Crocenzi.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane McClure; three brothers: Orlando, Samuel and Eugene; and a sister, Alice.
Anna Marie was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and a 1944 graduate of Altoona High School. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2013, at The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at Stevens Memorial Chapel. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
