There is arguably no more important elective office today than judge of the Court of Common Pleas.
Major civil and criminal cases are tried before these judges whose rulings will directly and indirectly shape our society for good or for ill.
We are fortunate in Blair County to have three capable candidates for this position.
However, Assistant District Attorney Wade Kagarise clearly stands out, with a wealth of professional and courtroom experience and a steadfast personal concern for our community.
I've come to know Kagarise well over the past few years, and I am convinced he is the best choice for this most important office. Kagarise has the temperament, experience, and expertise to be an outstanding judge.
He is solid in his support of the right to life and has a dedication to the appropriate application of the law to ensure liberty. He deserves our vote.
