Julie Gonsman and Brian Buterbaugh were united in marriage Aug. 4 at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Shillington.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Dottie Gonsman of Hollidaysburg.
The bridegroom is the son of Michael and Carla Buterbaugh of Shillington.
The Rev. Megan Huesgen performed the double-ring ceremony.
Musicians included Janifer Dixon and Brian Mishler, cellists; David McConnell, piano; and Rebecca Lewis, soprano.
Readers were Sarah Slat and Michelle Frisby.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Holly Schneider was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Julie Pope, Marlina DeFelice and Catherine Campbell.
Justin Roth served as best man.
Groomsmen were Derek Rohaly, Christopher Cinquini and Brandon Buterbaugh.
Ushers were Brian Gonsman and Mark Gonsman, brothers of the bride.
The reception was held at The Abraham Lincoln Hotel, Reading.
The couple reside in Fairview Township.
Mrs. Buterbaugh is a 2006 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and a 2010 graduate of Penn State University, University Park, with a bachelor's degree in music education.
She teaches elementary music at Susquenita School District, Duncannon.
Mr. Buterbaugh is a 2006 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School, Shillington, and a 2010 graduate of Penn State University, University Park, with a bachelor's degree in music education.
He teaches high school chorus and orchestra in the Spring Grove Area School District.
