Betty L. Gabrielson, 87, Glasgow, formerly of Blain City, Coalport RD, died Friday at UPMC Altoona.
She was born in Coalport, daughter of the late Alexander and Dorothy (Smith) Sinclair.
Surviving are two daughters: Betty Ann Burket (Herb) of Paradise and Deb Matthews (Bob) of Glasgow; four grandchildren: John Burket (Minhui), Jason Burket (Heather), Nicole Matthews and Katelyn Matthews; and four great-grandchildren: William, Julianna, Nathan and Nicholas Burket.
She was the last member of her immediate family and was preceded in death by her first husband, Philip Morrison, in 1949 and her second husband, Harry "Gabby" Gabrielson, in 2008; and a sister, Virginia Miles.
Betty worked as a cook for Beccaria-Coalport-Irvona High School and Glendale High School and retired in 1989. She was a member of Coalport Presbyterian Church.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013, and 9 until the 10 a.m. funeral service Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, at Gibbons Funeral Home, Coalport, the Rev. Roland Emond officiating. Committal will be in Fairview Cemetery, La Jose RD.
