I find that all of the people coming to the defense of Matthew Plummer must have either a broken moral compass or never had one to begin with.
The fact that he would use violence against someone for mooning a bus full of people shows us that this man should not be in a position of keeping the peace. This isn't the first time this man's conduct has been an issue.
In March 2012, Plummer and his partner came across a man minding his business, out to get a pack of cigarettes from his car.
They pepper-sprayed him and pounced and attacked this man for no reason at all. I don't know about anyone else, but Plummer doesn't sound like a person I'd want patrolling the streets of my town.
I hope that this man gets his just due in court with a guilty verdict.
Maybe then the streets will truly be safe and the citizens of Altoona can once again rest easy.
