MILROY - Levittown defeated Altoona Maroon, 5-4, in semifinal action of the Babe Ruth 14-year-old State Baseball Tournament on Monday.
Levittown got a walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh inning to win the game after Altoona had tied it in the top of the inning.
Tyler Peterson and Jake Huber both had doubles for Altoona, and Peterson, who had two doubles, finished with three hits.
Despite the loss, Altoona qualified for regionals by placing third through a tiebreaker over Perry County by giving up less runs. Host West End and Levittown will join Altoona at regionals on July 30 in Williamsport.

Matt Augustine tossed a three-hit shutout, and Brett Weibley and Andy Criste knocked home two runs apiece to lead Locker Room to a shutout victory over Grandview Meats at Mansion Park in Greater City League action.
Jerrell Jackson scored four runs and had two hits for Locker Room, which improved to 17-6.
