Round or sirloin steak
Sliced onions
Strips of green pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato juice
Tenderize small squares of round or sirloin steak. Brown in skillet on both sides. Layer in slow cooker -- 1 layer steak, 1 layer sliced onions and strips of green pepper. Make 2 or 3 layers, whichever suits your needs.
Pour over top the mushroom soup mixed with tomato sauce and juice, mixed well. Cook on low 5, 6 or 8 hours, whichever suits.
Full cooker serves 8 or 10.
