Indoor track & field

Two of the most decorated high school track & field atheletes in the history of Altoona Area High School are again competing at a higher level up the road at Penn State University. I am a little lost as to why the Mirror hasn't picked up on this yet?? Brady Gehret currently sits at #20 in the NCAA(#4 Big Ten)in the 200m dash with a time of 21.29. Aaron Nadolsky is currently ranked #38 in the NCAA(#5 Big Ten) in the 400m dash with a time of 48.19. Both atheletes are part of the 4x400m relay team, an event they both help put Altoona, PA on the scholastic track & field map. Currently, The 4x400 is ranked 3rd in the NCAA and #1 in the Big Ten with a time of 3:09.45, only .02 off the all-time PSU indoor best. Penn State is currently ranked #10 in the NCAA Indoor Track season. They have a very good team this year and are poised to make a run at the Big Ten title. They have 2 more home meets left, one this Friday & Saturday and one next Saturday.
