Kim (Pulcine) Moloney of Altoona submitted the top photo from DelGrosso’s Restaurant, which was at the corner of Eighth Avenue and 17th Street from 1943 to 1946. It then became Marian’s Cafe in 1946 until the early 1970s when redevelopment took the property. Marian and Joe Pulcine purchased the former Penn Sill Hotel (left) and operated it until 1982, then sold it and retired. The photo was submitted by Kim (Pulcine) Moloney of Altoona.
