The Altoona Area High School Class of 1975 has announced plans for its 50th anniversary reunion. The Golden Reunion is scheduled for a weekend of activities on Aug. 22, 23 and 24. Classmates are invited to register for any or all of these days on the Class of 1975 website, www.altoonaarea1975.com or emailing rocco070157@gmail.com. The weekend outline includes:

4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22 — Class barbecue under the pavilions at Lakemont Park.

5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23 — “Main Event” at the Blair County Convention Center.

9:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 24 — Breakfast at The Dream Restaurant

Cost for Friday only is $15 per person; Saturday only is $20 per person; both Friday and Saturday is $25 per person. Sunday breakfast is pay for your own breakfast.
